TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The reservation is confirmed when the first night is prepaid
• Payment must be made upon arrival
• Pets are not allowed
• Smoke-free apartments
• Apartments are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability (extra cost)
• Check-out until 11 am. Late Check-out is subject to availability (extra cost)
• 2-night minimum stay
• Luggage storage (free of charge subject to availability)
• Cancellation:
• One week prior to the date of arrival: free of charge
• 72 hours before the date of arrival: 50% of one night’s stay
• Less than 72 hours before the date of arrival: 1 night
• No show: 2 nights
• Portable crib with sheets and pillow available free of charge
• Underground parking available (extra cost)
